Returns

If you are not satisfied with a particular product, you can always exercise your right to free termination of the contract, upon receipt of the order, and without having to indicate the reason, returning the product to our headquarters (Rua da Resistência 19A, 2855-431 Corroios - Portugal). The amount paid for the product will be refunded later.

You can also exercise your right through the Customer Service Line +351934263455 - and return the product(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the same(s), provided that it(s) is(are) in the state in which it was(were) purchased (including complete original packaging and, where appropriate, accompanied by all manuals and parts/accessories that constitute it).

In the event of returning a product, Sparrow Sails will refund the full amount paid for it. Sparrow Sails reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned product(s).

It is up to the customer to bear the cost of returning the product.
